Primo's Appeal

An evening of Pig Racing was held 28th of August 2010 at the RAOB Club Derby Road Ramsey. with all proceeds being split between PGP's appeal and The Southern Befrienders ( their pigs )

Everyone was cordially invited to what should have been a great evening of fun for all.

Everyone was invited to sponsor the races & this was pretty well supported however the support on the evening was very poor (see article by Bro. Dave Brown ROH HM).

Congratulations Bro J Roberttson CP

The Officers and Brethren Yn Droghad Lodge 10057 welcomed the PGP Bro Graham Ross ROH and his Officers and Visiting Brethen from Lodges around the Island for the Raising of Jeff Robertson. Brother Graham Ross ROH PGP of the Isle of Man Province proceeded with the raising of Brother Jeff Robertson with the assistance of the officers of PGL. His sponsers Brothers Geoff Steel and Mike Wade gave a rousing account of his career to date His Guard of Honour on the Second Degree was Brothers N Crowe ROH and R Crowe ROH and on the First Degree Brothers N Hodson and D Roberts. The WP of Yn Droghad thanked the PGP for a very good Ceremony and Toasts were given to the new Primo the PGP and his Officers. The Lodge closed to join the Ladies for a Raffle and buffet. A good night was had by all
